I was humbled when Jordan, the culinary visionary behind the renowned Nan’s Kitchens (home of, dare I say, the world’s best hot honey chicken sammie), approached me with a fun challenge. He sought to decorate his new restaurants with my shovel, bucket lamp, and saw art – all with a food theme. Jordan, an advocate for local sourcing, extends his commitment to not only locally grown food, but also local art. As an avid gardener myself, I relished the opportunity to expand my love of growing things to my artwork!
